Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson said on March 12 that deputies arrested Cassidy M. O’Malley, 32, of Waterloo, for driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right in the Town of Waterloo.
The incident occurred on March 10 at about 11:33 p.m. when deputies observed a vehicle swerving on State Route 5 and 20. After conducting a traffic stop, deputies completed a DWI investigation and took O’Malley into custody.
O’Malley was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center where she was processed by the Corrections Division. She was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges at a later date.
