Seneca County Sheriff reports felony arrest for unlicensed operation in Tyre

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson said on April 8 that deputies arrested Davine L. McGinnis, age 29, of Rochester, New York, in the Town of Tyre for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree.

According to Thompson, the arrest took place around 1:00 a.m. after deputies conducted a traffic stop when they observed McGinnis driving with a loud exhaust. Further investigation revealed that McGinnis had a suspended driver’s license.

McGinnis was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, which is classified as a Class E felony. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Tyre Court on May 13 to answer the charge.

No additional information about prior offenses or other circumstances related to the arrest was provided by authorities.
