New York students paid $43,978 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,094 more than the $42,884 charged for 2017-18.
Data shows 97 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 1,544 students received grants or scholarships totaling $40.9 million and 1,161 students took out student loans totaling more than $6.9 million.
Including all undergraduates (6,517), 5,598 students used grants or scholarships totaling $143.9 million, and 4,111 students took out $27.8 million in federal student loans.
