Of the 381 people living in Romulus in 2019, 57.5 percent (219) were women and 42.5 percent (162) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Finger Lakes Today.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 115-to-74. In the 65 and over age range, there were 38 females and 42 males.
