Of the 451 people living in Newfield Hamlet in 2019, 60.3 percent (272) were women and 39.7 percent (179) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Finger Lakes Today.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 180-to-128. In the 65 and over age range, there were 74 females and 20 males.
