Of the 2,144 people living in Dryden in 2019, 54.5 percent (1,169) were women and 45.5 percent (975) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Finger Lakes Today.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 691-to-646. In the 65 and over age range, there were 238 females and 119 males.
