Of the 215 people living in South Lima in 2020, 27.4 percent (59) were women and 72.6 percent (156) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Finger Lakes Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 73. In the 65 and over age range, there were five females and 29 males.
