Happy 25 year work anniversary to Jodi LaPierre, Director of Visitor Experience at Visit Ithaca aka Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB). Please join us in celebrating Jodi and thanking her for her incredible commitment to our organization and the Ithaca & Tompkins County community!
Jodi has grown tremendously with the organization since starting in 1997 as a visitor information specialist, to becoming our Visitor Services Manager in 2003, and ultimately being promoted to Director of Visitor Experience in 2018. Jodi has led the department through numerous changes and expansions, as well as the successful opening the new visitor centers downtown at Tompkins Center for History & Culture and at Taughannock Falls Overlook.
