79.9% of Seneca County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 33,900 citizens living in Seneca County in 2021, 79.9% were old enough to vote, equating to 27,088 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 14,285 were male, constituting 52.7%, and 12,803 were female, making up 47.3%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Seneca County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 79%.
