UR Medicine Thompson Health has been recognized as one of the “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2025 by Becker’s Healthcare. This marks the eighth time that the Canandaigua-based healthcare provider has appeared on this list, which is compiled through nominations and editorial research by Becker’s Healthcare, a media platform serving healthcare decision-makers.

Vice President of Associate Services/Wellness Jennifer DeVault commented on the recognition, stating, “This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and empowering workplace where our team can thrive both personally and professionally. We are proud to be part of this prestigious list once again and grateful to our incredible staff who make it all possible.”

Thompson Health is among four hospitals or health systems in New York State that were included in this year’s edition of the list. It is noteworthy that organizations cannot pay for inclusion in Becker’s annual listing.
