Graduates earn 60 degrees, certificates from the Elim Bible Institute and College

About 76.7 percent of the 60 degrees and certificates handed out by the Elim Bible Institute and College in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Lima conferred 25 associate's degrees and 21 certificates in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in bible/biblical studies. Data shows the school gave out 25 associate's degrees in bible/biblical studies, followed by 21 certificates in "other" theological and ministerial studies and 14 certificates in religion/religious studies.

The college enrolled 113 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
