Covert issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Covert will hold a Public Hearing on November 9th, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Town of Covert Municipal Building, 8469 South Main Street, Interlaken, New York.
The Public Hearing is for a Variance Request under the Town of Covert’s Land Management Ordinance (LMO) for Carl & Debbie Guy, 8323 Dickerson Drive, Interlaken, Tax Map #06-2-30.11, to place a new 14' x 28' shed where the setback is deficient as required by the LMO.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the aforementioned time and place all interested citizens will be afforded an opportunity to submit written or oral comments, or be represented by an agent or in person.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Public Hearings will be followed by the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Covert.
Social Distancing guidelines must be adhered to. Any Public wishing to join the meeting must follow CDC guidelines, wearing a cloth face covering at all times and maintaining 6 feet distance between themselves and non-household members. Space is limited on a first come, first serve basis.
